Having trouble purchasing shipping labels, keeps saying label failed to purchase, Have tried 5 times

First don't keep trying to purchase just in case it really did purchase.  Go out of the label and check your shop payment account.  Then clean out cache and cookies.  Use a different browser.  Use a browser instead of the app.  Just all the little things before contacting Etsy if the problem continues. Sometimes checking ISP to see if that is acting up or waiting an hour and trying again can help.

If nothing does, check forums to see if others are having the same issue if none of the suggestions work.

Are you trying to print a label for a sale?  Is it a confirmed sale?  Did you click through that sale?

If it isn't working, maybe try PirateShip.  They can see your Etsy orders (you have to give them permission) and print your label - it even marks your order with the tracking number.
