Like many of you I have found issues with this new app Etsy has come out with and will not support the old app on May. I have contacted Etsy support twice now and this time I copied the entire conversation for all to see and hopefully understand that Etsy is not listening to anyone through the forum to try and make the new app or any othe aspect of this site better for the sellers.

I am coping this entire conversation and will place it on the forum for all sellers to see how Etsy works for the sellers.
First of all, you're not supposed to copy exact correspondence with Support / Etsy employees, sorry.
Chat will get you customer service employees who may refer to a script - they are not Support, and often funnel your request to a special Team.
That doesn't mean Etsy doesn't care - we just need to temper our expectations.
I would suggest the best way to make complaints and suggestions for the new Seller App is right there, within the app. When you open it, in the lower right is " + Feedback" - use it as often as you need.
