iphone users cannot always see details on screen

I have been asked many times to provide dimensions for items that already have that information in the details section of the listing. To provide that info, I screen shoot my iphone and send it to the inquirer. Some of the inquirers reply with a screen shot from their iphone showing none of the details page but only the description. How might this get fixed by Etsy? I have no way to alert Etsy of the issue that I have found. Wonder how many others have the same issue, but did not discover it because they simply replied with the sizes requested. This has been occurring for about 2 years but screen shot replies revealing it are seldom received after they get the size they requested. Only a few thoughtful replies are letting me know what they see.

That’s odd. I’ve never heard that from buyers. I see all details with my iPhone. (Old and new model).

I opened your Art Deco flapper necklace on the buyer app on my iPhone 11 and I do not see any measurements in the details section. I see materials, ships in U.S. vintage, and your description. I also opened your Art Deco diamond filigree necklace and I see ships to U.S. and vintage in the details, along with a short description. I suggest you add the measurements to the description itself.

Edited to add: I just looked at the same listings on my laptop using Chrome and the measurements are right there, clear as day. They are not visible on the app.

Thank you. This is exactly the issue I discovered. Now how to get Etsy to resolve it is the difficult part.

Depending on what you are selling, maybe add the measurements to the title and description.

Really?  This issue has been on here for two years and still isn't fixed?  I just got a message from a potential customer this morning asking the size of the items I'm selling.  I list the sizes on everything.  I can clearly see them when I look at my listings from a desktop.  But she can't see them and sent me the screen shot to prove it.  It just skips the size and length in her app.  Does anybody know if this is being addressed?
