I'm having a problem with a lady from Afghanistan. I do instant photography downloads. She has purchased the same photo 3 times and has downloaded them 2 of the 3 times. And has today purchased the same photo a 4th time as well as another photo. She has downloaded both photos to her computer and is saying she has not received them and asking for a refund. Meanwhile leaving me bad reviews. I'm not sure what to do as I know she has gotten them. I really need some advise.
Clearly, she cannot find them. Many people can't find downloads on their phones.
I would email the photos to her to make sure she gets them.
Firstly I would lock in the five star review with a reply so she can’t change that one. Perhaps seeing if you can send her the “missing” files and refund the double/triple bought ones (and then perhaps she will change those two bad star reviews).
