incorrect star seller status

On February 15th I mailed 4 napkins regular mail (No Tracking) but my account star seller status states I mailed 2 orders in February without tracking. This is incorrect. Please correct this error for me as I do try very hard to stay in the star seller status. Thank you.

A) You're just talking to other sellers here.

B) Etsy doesn't ever adjust SSB status.

C) Were the 4 napkins 1 order, or separate orders?

D) If they were one order, then download the csv file to find out which order the 2nd one was.

The criteria for Star Seller is to have all tracking. You can read about it in your shop manager dashboard under "Star Seller" > Questions/Answers.

You are required to use tracking on all packages for star seller.
