incorrect counting of the number of orders

About 2 weeks ago the system started counting my orders incorrectly and instead of 31, the system counted 4 and I lost my star seller status. I have contacted etsy support a few times but I am still not a star seller. Now the system is counting my orders correctly, that's the only thing that has been fixed.

@YellowLamb: Have you checked the applicable CSV file to make sure that the orders are correctly accounted for? Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not retroactively fix Star Seller status.

If it's been a while since you've had a sell &/or you had several sells compared to current status, I'm thinking you dropped out of the ranking as a result.  On your main page, click on [Star Seller] & scroll down to find the exhaustive info.  (insert smiley here)

Hello @YellowLamb,

After carefully checking in here, it appears that you changed your shop's currency last September 29, 2022. Since the Sales requirements and the tracking requirements in the On-Time shipping metric are based on the shop's currency. If you change your shop currency mid-calculation period, the orders and sales numbers will reset and you'll need to build up your orders and sales minimums again.
