in transit for ever!

All my orders sent to US are registered and signed for with a tracking number. however has soon the pack enters in US territory I dont have access to any traking information,

My customers receive the items but they can gine me a review because on Etsy it appears like "in transit" for months and months

So, I can´t get the star seller because I have no reviews, this is very unfare!!!!

Please do something about this!

I'm not sure I understand. Leaving a review is not based on the buyer receiving the order. If so, someone who doesn't receive their order would never be able to leave a review, which wouldn't be fair. The date for leaving a review is based on your stated processing time plus the estimated time for shipping. If someone isn't able to leave a review after that time has passed, is it possible they purchased as a guest? I note that your processing time is quite long; this will increase the time a buyer will have to wait before giving you a review. 

According to your shop, you are a star seller - unless you're referring to a different shop.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes I understand you,  May be  they bought as a guest, but some customers said thet they could leave a review even after 2 months or more. But you gave me a great tip, I am going to reduce   times... 

Yes currently I am a star seller, but because  my last review was the 28th december, in april I will not get it, although I achieved all other itens.

Hi! I have the same problem. ><

The tracking number always shows in transit, but many customers let me know that they received the article and would like to leave a review, but they couldnt!!! Even the order is within a 100 days review windows starting from the estimated delivery date.

Is there any way the customer can update that they have received already the order?? this would be an easy solution to the problem, and they could leave the review.

Hello, Some of my orders are also in transit for ever. It doesn't affect you star seller badge and the customer can leave a review, unless he/she is not registered, and bought as a guest.
