help ticket page down?

I opened a help ticket last night and trying to check it today, but the link in the email just takes me to a "whoopsie" page.  The whoopsie page has a link to check on Etsy status, and on that page is says there are no issues/nothing down today.

Ya the help page has been down forever, literally. I don't remember it ever working and I've been here over 2 years...

Update.  It's working now and I also just got a response back concerning my help request, so everything is good.

Holy smokes mine seems to be working now too. First time I've ever seen that page in 2 and a half years. I thought they were just going to abandon it and have it as an inactive button forever, like a decoration LOL
