Hello. I am sending a message to the Etsy forms. It says that I sent a message successfully, but when I update the page, my message disappears. I talked to customer service. They said that I have no restrictions. I logged in from a different internet browser. I deleted the cookies. I logged in again as a user. But it does not work.
Can you help? Did I do something wrong without knowing
