help me to turn vacation mode off. there is no option to turn off vacation mode for me

in passed 4 months, I have hardware issue so I can not use my compuer to login etsy account, and now, I can do it, but, I found my shop was in vacation mode by Etsy administrator.

help me to turn vacation mode off. there is no option to turn off vacation mode for me. see attachment.

I have sent 2 support cases
(ID: #10502833, and ID: #10485487),but no help, it has been passed more than 8 days. so I have to open a new help case.
please help me turn off vacation mode then then let my stop in normal mode.

No one on the Forum can turn on your shop for you.

You need to continue to follow up on your FIRST support case and not start any others.

You said you opened two support cases and quoted the numbers.

Reply to the first one of those you started.

go to shop manager...scroll down and click 'settings' ..then settings comes up...then click 'shop options'...options will come up and give you the 'vacation mode'...click that and you will see a button where you turn off 'vacation mode'...

no option can be click .  vacation mode trun on by Etsy not me.

You now say that etsy put your shop in vacation mode. That means that only etsy can turn it back on. Do you know WHY etsy put you in vacation mode? Since you've never sold anything in this shop, it was probably an ID issue. Or a location issue. Or a payments set-up issue. Are you really in New York? Do all your IDs (on your account, your credit card on file, and your bank) match EXACTLY.
