has anyone else found that buyers are not getting their order completed email??

i have had a few customers now say they are not getting the order completed email from etsy along with the file i attached, is anyone else finding this??

You can't attach a file to email that Etsy sends. Those emails are auto-sent but sometimes get hung up in servers.

Yes I have found the same thing. My buyers are expecting an instant download but do not receive this email for a long time. I assumed it was because I am a pretty new store (less than 3 months) and so my payments are on hold for a while.
