got a new iphone but have now lost my cha ching notification on it.

after trsnferring all my apps over from iphone 8 plus to Iphone 14, lost my cha ching sound. I have all the obvious

- turn on and off notification about a sale

- reinstalling app

-look all  thru setting in notification sections of etsy and my iphone 

What other option can I try

Try turning off (power down)your iphone and count to 15 and turn it back on again-- sometimes that resets things.

Did you enable notifications in you phone under the app settings?

Do you have the SOUND level up for notifications?

I got a new Galaxy...I uninstalled and reinstalled.  The correct sound came back.

There was nothing I could do with my settings to get it to work before I uninstalled and reinstalled.
