I've just started a free shipping sale on orders over $135 and I got the following notification -
You're offering a US free delivery guarantee.
Buyers in the US will not be eligible for this sale. If you'd like to offer this to US buyers, you can turn off your free delivery guarantee in delivery settings while this sale is active. As a reminder: a free delivery guarantee means items and orders $35 USD and over deliver for free to US buyers.
I do not have free shipping on orders over $35 to US buyers turned on (it costs me $22 to ship to the USA.) Is this message an error or does my free shipping sale to the US not work?
: ) Kate
I'm in the US and I added over $140 worth to my cart and was given free shipping.
Its' an error.
I'm in the states and clicked on one of your listings. It told me it would be $5.92 for shipping, and I didn't see anything about free shipping over $35.
@FeltWithAHeart the OP said free shipping sale for orders over NZ$135.
@CappuccinoLace Whoops! Thanks for the clarification. Sorry 'bout that!
I don't see anywhere at the top of your shop where you're running an in house free shipping over $135 campaign. Shipping from your shop seems pretty cheap as it stands tbh. I would think you'd have to manually add a statement to your shop banner.
I'm in the US and I added over $140 worth to my cart and was given free shipping.
Thank you!
I clicked on one of your listings and it said under the item price "free shipping with purchase of $79.90."
Thank you, i'll go and have a look. It could just be the currency conversion as our dollar isn't worth much at the moment!
@CrownAndFeathers It works correctly.
Adding NZ$135 to cart shipping to the USA gets free shipping.
OP is in the Netherlands so there will be a Monies Conversion if paying in US dollars
@CraftyCraftsCorners ? OP is in New Zealand.
