etsy wont let me publish

Hi  I'm new here , I've only managed to publish 2 items and I've been doing it a month now. I have emailed 6 times now, but I only get Ai response , they have taken my £14.00 pounds fee , they have given the go ahead for my bank details but i cant use  esty to publish my stuff, every day i try after work , its so frustration. I'm following youtubers to show me , but I'm doing everything they have said, and still i cant , in the uk I think, its so dishearting. does anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it? is there any other platform that are good and you can sell on it ?

@bumbleseyes: Unfortunately this forum is full of reports of people having issues similar to yours.

Are you experiencing this using the Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?

Etsy is constantly evolving their user interface, so make sure that any YouTube videos you watch are current.

Are you getting an error banner? Try copying and editing an existing listing.

Generally there is a reason in red ink why you can't publish at the bottom of the listing page.. do you have something like that? If you were able to publish some things but not others.. that might be a reason to look at.

@bumbleseyes   Check and make sure you have the item quantity filled in.  I find this is often the issue!

If it is a physical item, try changing it to digital, then back again.

That usually works for me, for some stupid reason.
