I would venture to guess your phone model is outdated and can no longer run the most up-to-date Etsy seller app version anymore, newest version was released 3 days ago. We are currently facing that same issue with one of our older iphone models ... all the apps require a newer phone model in order for them to work properly or even at all! Hopefully you can get a great trade-in amount on a new phone. Best wishes!
