When i try to enroll for Etsy payments it keeps saying "We could not save your bank information: Value for Account type is missing." How the heck do I fix this?
I have the same problem. I have reached out to Etsy support, but they only suggest clearing MY cache. How is this going to help? It's a problem with the functionality of my Esty shop NOT my computer. Hoping you have better luck. I may just close this store and open another.
@HeartlandCountryDeco sometimes clearing your cache does in fact do the trick. I'm not exactly sure how it works but your computer 'remembers' things and when something changes, it can't cope because those things are different to what it 'remembers'.
