etsy contact support

There was a page previously where you put your number and had a call back. It looks like its gone now as etsy 'had a hiccup', anyone else? Has this option been now removed? So frustrating to sell on a platform and have no way of contact, like we pay a hefty fee of everything.

Ignore the headline etc, just scroll down to "I still need help".  When I used it (months ago) I got a chat response very quickly. No idea if it still works but it can't hurt to try. I hope you get help!

The problem is still there. You can't contact etsy through "help" or "contact" because it keeps saying oops hiccup. Months later! Etsy help your people.

Has anyone been able to talk to anyone at Etsy lately? I have been hacked and locked out of my account since July 22 and the only way to reach anyone at Etsy is through the chat function and they tell me they aren't authorized to help me and that I have to wait for Etsy Tech support to contact me. I have been waiting over two weeks!!

Even though call support tells you someone from real Etsy support will email you, it is our experience no one ever will.  It is possible someone in real support will fix your issue but it might take a month or so.  They won't email you to tell you your problem is fixed it will just start working, maybe.  If you do have a support issue don't email as no one reads or responds to those, have the chat or call support people enter a ticket for you and that is your only chance an issue will get resolved.

It appears that Etsy still has not taken the necessary steps to improve the ability of their sellers, their life's blood, communication.  When you need help Etsy support is vacant.  Hoping that they are monitoring their community and realize the importance of communication and support.  There was a strike for the increase in processing fees.  It's OK to increase fees as long as your services improve as well.  Please Etsy...sellers need a easy and consistent method of communication. This includes phone numbers, email and chat!!!!!
