etsy chat support not working

hi there folks, 

when using the etsy chat support service, it usually works fine. but for the past 48 hours, it’s not working. it says 1 minute reply time (phone call section is greyed out), the chat box opens and i type my question and nothing comes up, even the auto response questions that come up before you’re prompted to ‘chat with an agent’. this is on both the app and website.

. 

i couldn’t find any recent forum posts on this - any help, advice, or clarity would be so appreciated

I have the same issue here.

Chat is not working and  there is no way I can contact support.

Please let me know if you have managed to fix this.

hi there! so i checked on it just now and my last message in the chat support box was the 26th July at 2:23pm (australian time) and a chat support person replied to me 24 hours after that. it could possibly be up and running again. but knowing i’m actively making them money and had no way to receive their help is annoying af and so wrong.

@MoonHausStudio  Unfortunately this Etsy article does not mention out of country info, only USA Eastern Time, so I can't help you.
