Without context, no one can advise you or relate their similar experience. However, the article in the Help Center about SSB expressly states that anything pertaining to the badge will not be adjusted. You are wasting your time pursuing this.

SSB is not a big deal and unless your badges have been removed permanently, you have an opportunity to gain them back with improved management of your shop.

@VintageRescueSquad I had an error in my Star Seller tracking info in the past and I contacted Etsy Support about it. They can't fix it right away, but they can send it on to another team who can. The errors were corrected.

Star Seller is reviewed and awarded on the 1st of each month.

If you are sending all your orders with valid tracking, perhaps you will get it on July 1st.

you have to ship on time  with tracking, with a tracking number that is valid for the shipper you choose in the dropdown, and enter the number by the dispatch date.
