internet explorer but i did have a customer buy something as I was trying to list something so I don't know if that affected it

Getting a sale at the same time won't affect it, but I do not use IE. Can you try another browser like Firefox, Chrome or Brave to see if the same thing happens?

Internet Explorer was retired a long time ago. You need to replace it as it's no longer compatible with any website.

@icgiftsforall: Internet Explorer has been dead and unsupported since June 15, 2022. Not even considering the security implications of using such an old browser there are lots of features that are unavailable. Perhaps you should at least try a currently supported browser.
