downloading the csv to email has a delay of hours

Is anybody else having huge delays getting the CSV download file

Its taking hours for the downloaded CSV of orders to reach my email account, I rely on the CSV to process my orders using excel vba

The process of getting the CSV has changed in the last 2 weeks as I used to get it straight from etsy

Just downloaded the CSV file for January, and it did so immediately.

thank you for the reply, I just checked back through the forum and a few people are reporting delays,  hopefully they fix it soon

I open it immediately as it goes into the download folder so look for it there.  If you are on a desktop you should see the link appear as soon as you request it.  It does also arrive by email but there is a delay as you have experienced.

Same its driving me insane. I requested a csv hours ago, and get the message 'it will be emailed when ready'.
