As observed by other uk sellers, when a uk customer filters their search by "dispatches in 1 day" and/or "dispatches in 1-3days", an additional filter is being added "items from the European Union", which effectively wipes out ALL results from the searcher's own country in favour of international results!
This is a crippling glitch for UK sellers at the worst time of year, not to mention the horrible customer experience it creates.
Issue needs rectifying urgently as we move into the holiday sales season
This needs fixing asap- uk shops/ items not showing up at all when the dispatch time search filter is used. Somehow using this filter changes the default from 'anywhere' to EU shops only.
This affects US shops too - UK buyers do not see any US shops either when they use the 'dispatch by filter' on desktop. Can anyone in the US confirm whether the same thing happens when they search on desktop please. Click on a 'dispatch time' filter in desktop and the EU shop filter automatically comes on for us (I am in the UK). Does it for you guys?

This is a serious glitch, the filter for EU automatically comes on, when UK customers click on 1-3 days dispatch,
and as the UK isn't in the EU, it's a serious issue., as customers might see things that dispatch quickly, but they will take an age, and have to go through customs, to get to them
and the ones that could get to them quickly - UK sellers, are all wiped out from the search

The same thing has happened to me... when I type in brooches... I'm there.... when I click to only see UK only ... all UK shops are wiped from the search ... this is really bad guys.....
@RosieRoseParker it really is, its like they dont like us anymore!! I hope this gets sorted out at least on Monday, as guess they cant be working over the weekend, because the views on everyones shops must be so ridiculously low now.
I saw loads of shops missing from the search a couple of weeks ago when i clicked uk including loads of my items, and thats when i even narrowed things down as far as i could but i thought it was because i was in one of the Etsy tests at the time, so looks like there is more issues than just the dispatch time section problem.
You know what i have just realised, i have had more sales from Europe in the last week than i have in the last few months, and wondering if they are seeing us based in the uk and we are seeing them!!!?? omg this just get better and better!!
@FabioMcMustache - Could you check please if there is any updates yet from the engineering team in relation to this issue that you reported to them on Friday 21st Oct. Any updates or info would be appreciated.
