Anyone else noticed the ship by date for sold orders is different in the app and on the website? I noticed again today, checked my app yesterday and this morning, and both times it said my current open orders needed to be dipatched 'tomorrow'. Luckily I already packed them because when I opened the Etsy website on my desktop to make shipping labels they were set for today. This is setting sellers up for shipping late. I already shipped out one order a day late, I blamed myself for it but now I noticed the differences in the app vs the web version. I checked all my setting, thought maybe I needed to update a time zone or something like tha but I can't really see anything wrong on my side.

Hi the new Etsy app does have more holes than swiss cheese so please make sure you submit feedback as the more they get and might drive them to issue a fully working improved version
@SunnySideCouture: You are not alone - there are many threads about issues with how Etsy handles time zones. Etsy is probably storing all data in UTC (that is the normal way to do it) and then convert to local time zone where needed. Best guess is that they are using multiple libraries to do the same function and each does it differently. We even see situations where the same date / time is displayed as different dates on the same page in different places.

Yup! I've had buyers send me screenshots and compared them. Reported it to Etsy, with zero help.
This is still an issue. I just tried to raise it as a support chat and they wouldn't raise it as an issue. I am in the UK and it affects orders to the US.
