delivery and tracking score incorrect ?

my delivery and tracking score is not 100% when all packages are tracked and sent out om time could it be that if I send two items from an single order that this could be the problem..........bit anoying realy

If you send out 2 in one order, you have to mark the second one as complete, and enter the tracking number on that one too

thanks for that Crafty cornish maids thats what I thought it was ...its a bit anoying though as it affects the scores so badly it makes me feel like I am in primary school again chasing a gold star from the teacher
