(Buyer placed order 10.16.22) I sent 2 messages yesterday, 10/16/22 post receiving a note from USPS that they could not verify the location of the buyer's address. Sent another message on 10/17/22. Notified Etsy and cx order with a full refund.
According to Star Shipping, I was delinquent. Can you please let me know why it was referred to delay when nothing was sent to the buyer?
You must refund *AND* cancel the order.

@AriasObachan: If you cancelled the order, it will appear on the Completed tab of your Orders and Shipping page and will say cancelled on it.
I will screenshot it next time. That’s unfortunate since I was so proactive in refunding, canceling and informing the buyer. It didn’t leave any dissatisfaction from the buyer, which was the intent . The previous message that was given for the same reason (she mixed up a number) was granted for correction?
