customers can't find my shop

So question I am new to selling on Etsy, I have a shop called LoveisLoveWoodCrafts

and when I give out the name of the shop or my name, they can't find it.

What am I doing wrong? if they type it in google search as #Loveislovewoodcrafts or my name Brandy Bradley

it will come up and they can click on it 

but if they search on etsy it can't be found by either.

Help I don't know what to do?

when you enter a shop name in etsy’s search a line comes up that says “search for shop called ________…” whatever name you entered. when you click on that link it brings up shops with that in the name and then your shop is found. it’s cumbersome, at best…

Don't use the # if searching for your shop on Etsy.
Hashtags don't work here.
Your name won't bring up your shop here either since your name is not your shop name.

But then I just tried LoveIsLoveWoodcrafts and got this: 
0 results for shop names containingLoveIsLoveWoodCrafts

I did a search within your shop for decor and you are indexed. 
All 10 items showed up.

If you just opened that might be why your shop name isn't coming up in search yet on Etsy.
It can take a few days for shops to get indexed in search.

do i have something set up wrong ?  even searching by my name doesn't work. the only way to get in my shop for customers is thru google which is crazy they should be able to go to etsy and put our shop name in and it work ...LOL just don't know what to do

@stickkyuk  - Your shop is indexed and is also coming up in Etsy search.

(Changing my answer as I noticed the last question wasn't by the OP).

If shoppers know the name of your shop, (which they would, if they're using it to search) they don't have to search for it within Etsy. They can go directly to your shop.

or
www.YourShopName.etsy.com

@PerfectlyBlendedLove When I type in LoveIsLoveWoodCrafts and choose "find shop names containing" for the search, your PerfectlyBlendedLove shop comes up. Do you have two shops? Unless you've used your name as a tag, your name won't come up in a search. 

@stickkyuk If I type stickkyuk into the search bar and choose "find shop names containing" for the search, your shop comes up.

Hi guys, no I don't have two shops I changed the name of the shop hoping that would help. But it didn't I finally found an email to support contacted them and my shop works now...not sure what they did to fix it

After seeing your Thread, A few seconds ago I typed "loveislovewoodcrafts" into the Search Bar.  Your Shop, "PerfectlyBlendedLove" came up.  So all is well:)
