my stats are not updating so i do not have a star badge, my stats are perfect

You are missing the Messages badge, so your stats are not "perfect" for the previous review period.

Perhaps you are looking at the current review period, NOT the previous stats that your Star is based on.

The stars showing on your shopfront now, are from the calculation on 1st April, and can be seen in PREVIOUS review period

The badges you are working towards for the 1st May stats, can be seen in "current review period"

for messages, etsy does not do the calculation for 48 hours, as that is how long you have to reply for customer service stats, so any reply you made, that was not due to be replied to until after 1 minute past midnight on 1st, will be counted in the following months stats,

just like the ones from the last two days of January, will be included in February stats, so are included in the next calculation.
