Is anyone else having trouble with custom orders today? I set up one for a customer and now it won't work for her or for me. Keep getting the message that something went wrong.
the custom listing process is a joke!
Just make a regular listing and mark it reserved. Someone else might see it and want one as well. You're going to pay the 20 cents sooner or later.
I never use the Custom Setup - I always create regular listing that states " CUSTOM ORDER for xxxxx." Then send the customer the link.
I have a custom listing that's a standard listing. The description asks for the info that's required. Paid up front before I begin. This works perfectly. For special orders, I make a listing called Special Order, reserved for *****.
