ive added a coupon code to be able to download my digital product for free, but after adding in the coupon the checkout option dissapears?
As far as I know, you can't have a coupon that completely cancels out the cost of the purchase. There needs to be a payment for Etsy to process, and to trigger the buyer's access to the download file.
