connecting my third-party domain to patternbyetsy.com shop

who do i contact at etsy to help resolving this issue.  my domain provider at Godaddy tried helping but without avail.

@Yardiegirlz: This is not an Etsy issue and has to be done at your domain provider. Have you read https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000337787-How-to-Connect-a-Third-Party-Domain-to-Pattern?...  The directions may vary slightly by provider but should give you all the information you need.

thank you, yes we went through it together and they determined etsy site unsafe hence error mssg reported back to us when i tried, thanks for response will continue to work on issue until resolved...:(

@Yardiegirlz: If you just started your Pattern shop then it appears, based on threads in this forum, that it takes up to several days for Etsy to do whatever they do so you have a SSL certificate and https works correctly.
