chat is lagging. (can't open a new chat with etsy support)

i'm unable to open a new chat with etsy support. i still see the old chat. and when i write anything i don't get a response at all.

already over a week and no solution. any possible way to contact them? or to fix this.

@Potadorables: Based on multiple other threads in this forum, Chat does not appear to terminate properly. Others have said that they had to contact Etsy to "restart" Chat.

How do i contact them? I only have the chat support.

the phone support doesnt work as I’m not in a supported country for phone support.

Hi, In your Shop Dashboard, "Community & Help" (Left Column) > Contact.  Choose the closest option in the menu, then select "I still need help". If Etsy responds and it doesn't address your problem, don't start a new Ticket.  Respond directly to that email, "I still need help". If you start a new Ticket, it will push you back further in line.
