@BettiVintagePerfumes I don't know what's going on with chat either - I've had good response in the past, and the last time I tried to use it a few weeks ago, I waited a long time and wasn't getting any response - so I wrote out everything I wanted to say in multiple posts in the chat box. I got an "agent" over 4 hours later, and it was basically "Hello - how can I help, are you still there... 'kay bye" . But I did get an email the next day from someone in Support addressing and answering my concern. So maybe give that a try.
