cant edit my shop

hello people, the button to edit my shop cant apear, it was always up left and dificult to press it but now is not there at all, do i miss something? i want to edit anounsement and shop, any idea?

Are you using the website or the app? If you are using the app, have you tried on a browser?

Can you access the shop manager?? Is that where you are having the problem?

Are you logged in correctly?

i am in desktop, at the application i dont know how anyway, but here in the desktop i cant edit, im normaly sign in no other issue i think just this

@profoundgarden That sounds odd.  Try signing in to Etsy on a different browser (use Firefox vs. Chrome) and see if that makes it so that your button is easier to access.

Shop Manager > Settings > Info & Appearance > Shop Announcement

end of alert !!!! i found it , was also at the shop manager, all years i was doing it from shop up left, i guess im not so smart thats why i try lately AI for aid, thank you all and have nice time sales and fun
