I am getting really tired of looking for bikes, bridges, traffic lights and crossroads on their blurry photos. I haven't been able to connect to my shop for nearly one hour.

No one here can help you, we are just users of the forum, other sellers. If you cannot complete the captcha correctly, it will keep asking you to do so until it is done correctly. If you feel you are doing it right, then you will need to contact Etsy via the help centre and open a ticket

thanks ! it works fine now. I still believe if you post in the bugs section of the forum, someone from Etsy will look at it. It may just be a belief.

@LePourquoiDuComment Just a (pleasant) coincidence.

I have fought with ReCaptcha for days on Firefox. Moved to Chrome and all was OK. Edge seems to work most of the time.

Sometimes, I just think particular Browsers or computers have ReCaptcha issues

But I do know that a PC is more reliable than a Mobile Phone or Tablet device, at least for me.
