@RockArtemisVintage Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).
I'm using the browser, the claim insurance page doesn't load, can anyone else try to do click the "file insurance claim " link and see if it's down or just me? Is there server down?
@RockArtemisVintage Glad that it resolved itself for you. Be careful about the "By purchasing our items, you are added to newsletter list!" There are places (particularly Canada and the European Union) where you are violating the law because the customer did not opt in, and since most people probably never see your store's home page or policies they may be upset with you if the receive non-transactional eMails. Opt In only lists may be smaller but are much more valuable and productive.
