being suspended for bill payment

Hello, etsy says that it suspended my account due to negative payment, but I have a plus balance in my account, the product money I returned was minus 1 day in my deposit, then this was paid automatically with the incoming order, then 1 day later it said that it was suspended due to the negative deposit in your account, even the remaining money was transferred to my account, my store has been closed for 14 hours, can you tell me why this happened?

If you owe Etsy fees they are due on the first of each month. If you don't pay them, Etsy will shut your shop.

Re: being suspended for bill payment

I do not have any debt at the moment, my debt was paid from the incoming order fee, it was closed 1 day after that, I hope it will be reopened because it did not mention any other violation or anything else in the incoming mail.

Re: being suspended for bill payment

years back this happened to me, my shop closed as I had not updated my card and the bill didn't go. I paid right away and I think it was about 48 hours later--and I had opened a support ticket as well--that my shop was live again.

my card was closed to online shopping, so I opened a support request and I'm waiting for a response, I hope it will be as you say

Re: being suspended for bill payment

It looks like the suspension took place before the payment was received.  I would expect it to update and be reopened automatically once the payment registers.

Re: being suspended for bill payment

Payments in your account are not immediately available to offset  refunds etc. You need to have a legit CC on file, If they try to process a refund and the funds in your account are not available, it goes automatically on your card on file. If your card on file is not active they immediately suspend your shop. Check your card on file and make sure it is not expired. Once you update to an active car the suspension should clear if that was the issue.

The debit card I use is currently active, I do not have any debt, I am just waiting for my store to be active again.

if it wasn't active and you updated it may take a bit. Check w/ your debit card company/bank and make sure they are not somehow blocking the payment.

Re: being suspended for bill payment

payment was received 17 to 18 hours before my store closed, with the order money already coming from my deposit.

You told me to object anyway, but it says that if my objection is not accepted, my account will not be opened again.
