auto renewal dates are wrong

I noticed a couple of days ago that some of the auto renew dates on some of my products are incorrect. They are showing dates that have already passed, the products are in my shop and live. 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sounds like an Etsy glitch.  I am sure it will come right again.

I am having an issue with well over 100 of my listings, they are all set to auto renew and most of them did not renew and are not showing up in searches. I renewed a bunch of them manually. Not sure what to do as some of the listings are still showing on my shop and some are not?? Even one of them after I manually renewed and re-edited the listing still will not allow the customer to purchase even though the listing shows active in my shop listing manager and is on the front page of my shop, when you click on the listing it will tell you listing is unavailable. I had to use a completely different listing for them to purchase. I am sure it is an ETSY glitch, but this needs to be fixed asap!

Same issue! Chatted with Etsy support several times and they just said it was a glitch and manually renewed my listing, which I could have done but defeats the purpose of auto-renewing. It supposedly was elevated to tech support but never heard since.

@ReligiousIconsGR these listings are still live and showing ... not a problem for sellers. It will reset when the listing sells.

Leave it alone and appreciate that you're getting a 'freebie' from Etsy's inability to stop messing with things behind the scenes and causing glitches.

I have the same issue.  Items that should have expired are still showing up, and auto renew items dating back to early this year thay haven't been renewed.  I've manually deleted and renewed some and left others.  Not sure if this is affecting visibility though?

Good question.  I never thought of that.  did an Etsy search for one of the items & it did pull up, so thats good.

I am seeing the  same thing.  In addition, a couple of my auto renews did not renew & were in my inactive folder.  I had to renew them.  I have since been keeping an eye on my inactive folder to make sure  nothing else that shouldn't be there is.
