access number doesn't move from zero

Since last night, my shop's access number doesn't move from zero. My shop got reasonable access number before. Is there any system error occuring or what?

Never heard of a shop access number and I’ve been on Etsy over 10 years.

Do you mean views? sometimes there is a glitch in stats for this updating.

Don't know what an access number is. ALso Barbie is trademarked and does take downs. You need to get rid of that word before your store gets a violation. I think they call it a 12" doll - something like that. Your clothes for her are beautiful.
