a missing shop manager button and how to get it back?

Hi, Judith here.   I type in my store,  countryblessings2025.etsy.com and i am not showing my shop manager icon. 

All suggestions appreciated.

Hi, You don't have a Shop at the moment. When I click onto your Forum Name, there is no Shop.

Then why am I able to view the shop online.  What do I need to do?  close the shop and start a new one?

@ejwn12uhzm5rjkrv   where are you seeing a shop?  What is the name?  Chances are you did not complete the shop to open it so that is why we don't see it.

Where online are you seeing it? Google, Etsy, etc.? There is no Etsy shop with the name you posted

Here's the shop.  Note that your seller username (shown in the address bar - oyp95mizr7r4nh6v) is not the same as the username you have for the account you're posting with.

It depends on what you used to log in to your shop account - email, shop name, whatever, and the password you use for the shop account.

Your buyer account is the one you are currently posting from.

I see,  in Google search, I typed in just country blessings 2025 nothing comes up but when I add.etsy.com to it the store comes up.

My guess is you have more than 1 Etsy account. You need to use either your username or email associated with your shop when logging in to Etsy.

Log out of the account you are currently logged into. Then log into your shop account.

If I close the shop(s); how soon can I open and relist my wares?

You don't need to close the shop.  Just log out of your buyer account, the one you're currently using, and log into the shop with the appropriate log in information.   You'd have to log into your shop anyway in order to close it.
