Hi
I can't request my money which is available for transfer because there is no link or button to request it.
I have no complaints or open cases from buyers.
I don't have an open invoice with etsy.
customer service is not helping.
es only standard mails are sent as an answer. 
Does anyone know the problem?

Perhaps read the seller policies first: https://www.etsy.com/legal/sellers/

Maybe they are holding your money while they investigate your shop, nothing you are selling is allowed on Etsy. Items must be Handmade by you, Vintage over 20 years old or a Craft supply.

You really should have read Sellers Handbook and checked what you can legally sell on Etsy.

The items that aren’t a copyright or trademark infringement make medical claim so Etsy probably has your account on a reserve. They often do that to shops if it looks like there could be cases opened for not as described. 
Not having any legal policies is also a problem.

If you want your money now, you should close your shop right away.  When Etsy closes your shop for selling illegal counterfeits, they will keep your money for 6 months. (Handmaking brand name products is illegally counterfeiting)
