Dear All,

I am getting this issue for last 7 days. Please  help, I contacted ETSY support but so far no reply from ETSY.

Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we'll reach out if we need more details from you.

I noticed, that in the video in the About area, you use "Goodnotes Planner".  That is a trademark issue.   If you are able to edit your account, delete all and any infringement.  The infringement could be why Etsy is still reviewing your shop.

It seems like the info reviews are taking a long time right now. I got the email from Etsy that they may ask me to do the verification soon and when I talked to support to ask a question the woman did tell me it's taking much longer than usual right now, at least 10 business days if a human has to review it.

Issee Goodnotes in the about page.  Are you licensed to sell their items?  Their name is trademarked.  I didn't see any angel policy on their site.

Etsy may be investigating whether or not you can sell the items.  There may be other reasons that we sellers would not be privy to.
