Last week, my shop was was suspended in error. Although the suspension was lifted after my appeal and Etsy admitted it was a mistake, I’m still unable to run ads. Etsy says my shop is on vacation mode or inactive right now—but I haven’t enabled vacation mode. I have no idea how to activate my shop now. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? How did you resolve it?
P.S. The mistaken suspension caused me to lose two orders.

I don't use the email.I ask etsy bot for help.and the agent help me to run ad again.
Contact Etsy support. Go to 'Help' at the top of the screen and follow the links for seller support. Then go to the Etsy Ads link and click on the 'Still Need Help' area and you can send them an email. It will take 1-2 days to get a response from Etsy.

Your shop is not on vacation
@CatsWhiskersCurios He said that the suspension has been lifted. I think the problem is that he can't run ads like it's some sort of glitch from the suspension.
