Your listings are missing required delivery info that helps calculate estimated delivery dates. Upda

276 listings "deactivated by Etsy", when i try to re activate them the error message is, "Your listings are missing required delivery info that helps calculate estimated delivery dates. Update each listing to activate."

I have tried everything i can think of re: shipping profiles, postal codes, carrier information, etc.  Reached ou to the help desk and got no assistance, havent heard from them since June 30.  I have also looked through every bit of e-mail i have received in the last 2 weeks including what was marked spam and trash.. nothing received from Etsy about the deactivation or problems with anything on my store.

Any ideas to solve this, or input on getting thru to a live person in the help department?

Do you have a processing time and origin listed in your shipping profile?

Can you click on a listing to edit it?

When they started adding required fields like origin (which is our zip code in the US) there would be a comment when you tried to renew a listing prompting you to fill in the field.

If all your listings were deactivated by Etsy, the reason could be they may not meet a requirement to sell on the platform. Try reaching out to them again to see if you can get some clarification.

I just figured out how to bypass it.

Do NOT try to re-activate everything at once. The page will populate 40 listings at a time or so. Click the check, and select only the listing on the page, then re-activate. It should prompt you to agree to pay the listing fees.

Hope that works out for you.
