Your account is permanently suspended

I got an email this morning saying that one of my orders was refunded, so I got up to check the reason, but I couldn't log in to my account. It said: Your account is permanently suspended. The store page shows: TaiitemsHK is currently not selling on Etsy I didn't receive any email notifications about the store. Does anyone know why? I filed an appeal, but I don't know if I can get a response.

Check your spam mail to see if there is an email there with the reason. 

What were you selling?  Had you made many sales before this happened?  

Etsy doesn't respond very quickly so you will have to wait for their response.

I sell 3D printed jewelry and just received an email from Etsy stating that my complaint has been rejected and "confirmed that you have violated our Terms of Use", but I don't know the specific reason, so I have no way to correct the mistake I made.

If you are a fairly new shop, did all the verification go through properly?

if not, it says you are a jewellery seller - were they all your own handmade unique items, with your photos?

Yes, this is my first time to open a store on etsy. Due to the casting time, each finished product takes about 5 days to make, so I use renderings for each style. Maybe this is the reason? I don't know because they didn't give me any chance.

My account was closed, but I didn't receive any email notification. I spent a lot of time on this store, but it was closed without even getting a reason. I think anyone whose store is closed would appeal, right?

you can appeal, but unless you know why you were closed, what evidence can to give to appeal

To file an appeal:

• First be sure you thoroughly understand Etsy’s House Rules.
• If you’re a seller, make sure you don’t have any listings that violate our Prohibited Items Policy, Etsy’s Creativity Standards, or Intellectual Property Policy.
• Resolve all outstanding account issues, including resolving open cases and paying any outstanding balances.
• You have 6 months from the day your account was suspended to file an appeal. If you miss this window, your account will remain permanently suspended and you won’t be able to appeal.

To file an appeal

1. Open the Appeals Centre and sign in to your suspended Etsy account.
2. Choose the reason for your appeal. If selecting Other, enter a reason.
3. Add any actions you’ve taken to address the issues that caused the suspension.
4. Add how your practices will change if you regain account access.
5. Add any documents to support the appeal.
6. Choose Submit Appeal.

You need to do all the first bulleted steps, so you have accurate and relevant info for 3, 4 and 5

Otherwise an appeal is likely to fail, and you only have one shot

You say 3D printed but then silver jewelry?  Can silver be 3d printed?  

Etsy does send an email but they also expect that sellers would have read the creativity standards in the TOUs.

It's a little hard for us to say anything beyond this.  @CraftyCornishMaids  has the best information.  I would consider carefully and then appeal again.

If your items can be found elsewhere such as in other HK jewelry shops then possibly that could be the issue?  Are the photos yours?  Are the items something traditional where many versions are made?

Hong Kong is suspending all shipments to the US.  Hopefully you can get Etsy to reinstate your shop before the shipments resume.
