This happened to me before, but in a minute I was able to print the label.
Not this time.
It's the Easter weekend, so I don't think they have in-house tech support, I will wait and see tomorrow before I attempt to purchase any more labels.

I waited one day and now it works again
I have been having this issue since 4/5. Very frustrating. I asked the help desk and they said there might be something global going on and to wait a few days. Still doesn't work.
