Hi, my account was hacked and a result Etsy locked it. I can't login or change password and I get the message:

I did receive generic message from Etsy 3 days ago but so far no help from them. The problem is I keep receiving the order which I have no way of processing. Is there a standard response time from Etsy with issues like that? Can I speed it up somehow from my end (supply identity supporting documents etc.)?
Any feedback will be much appreciated.
I just tried my tablet from which I definitely never logged-in but I still get the same error: "Hm, something went wrong. Refresh this page and try again."
I also tried my phone and of course cleared the cookies and tried the incognito mode as well. The same result: nothing works!
Can someone try and put the request callback on my behalf from this support page:

I'm in Canada.
I don't know which one of you did pass along my phone number to request the callback but it worked! I just spoke with support and they will escalate the issue to the technical team. Hopefully my account will be re-enabled soon.
