Wrongly deactivated listing - Quetzal bird pin

Please can any folks in the know assist me by alerting the relevant moderators. I have been trying without any response or success to get a response from customer support for a wrongly deactivated listing. I have submitted my original artwork and my UK copyright registration via the Etsy support thread in my shop with no acknowledgement or response. I have seen mods alert relevant teams in this forum before  - can anyone please tag the relevant mods. I keep messaging on the thread - no acknowledgement or response.

It’s my quetzal bird pin which is my bestselling pin. It has been copied previously on shein, temu etc I have had it taken down on all those sites.

But Etsy has now wrongly deactivated it and support isn’t responding to my thread of messages and I am missing sales. Please would you assist me by alerting the relevant teams before to my support request.

Some web site must have stolen the image again.

Mods generally don't "alert the relevant teams". All they do is moderate content.

You can see if they can by tagging them.

I have seen them close threads here promising to alert teams before. I’ll take any help I can get from them as there has been no acknowledgement of my help request or any response to my replies to the generic email answer…

I'm sorry to hear that Evie. Your pins are so beautiful and detailed. You might need to go after Alibaba and Aliexpress again, because a search with Google Lens shows they are both actively selling wholesale and retail versions. 

Not saying this has happened in your case, but one of my items showed up on Aliexpress and it was actually from the same supplier I purchased one of the components from. 

Hopefully, since you have all the appropriate docs ... Etsy will reinstate the listing.

Thank you - yes Alibaba was the only platform that refused to remove last time but I can see they have changed their IP process now so I will try it again. Annoyingly the AliExpress one says the item is no longer available but the listing is still up.

Oh wow that’s interesting. No don’t shop on AliExpress, and I haven’t had any contact with infringers in past, to my knowledge.  Thanks.

I can see 3 sellers on AliExpress selling what looks like your pin. It's been a while since I issued any takedown notices, but I have been successful in having my photos removed from there in the past. Sorry this has happened to you.

Of course you are.

You are losing money and Etsy is losing money.

How can Etsy not see that they are shooting themselves in the foot with these constant screw ups?

Bizarrely I can’t find my open case in my dashboard - just wanted to ad a reminder message to it, do folks know the route to find your cases you are waiting for support for again?!
