Wrong shoping price - local/global

Hello, I sell hand made tables.

I have 2 prices. Local ( Germany) and global ( upgraded to shipping costs as my product is big and heavy, shipping is included in price).

3 times happened that customer from USA purchase table for local price. I did send it and I loose a lot of money.

How is it possible?

VPN with server in Germany? Someone living in Germany buy for USA?

table price in Germany is 340eu, for USA 460 eu. ( shipping is around 130/150 eu)

I have print screen with princes, there is no mistake.

can I send invoice for 120 eu to Etsy to get back difference as its their foult?

Hi, this has been a long standing problem on Etsy's end. A lot of international sellers have had it and we've been trying to get help from Etsy in this thread https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/International-Buyers-Paying-Domestic-Prices/td-p/1429... . Unfortunately they haven't done anything about it yet but we would also love it if Etsy was to pay the difference for a fault that's costing us a lot of money.
