Wrong company name was selected while entering the cargo code into the system

Wrong company was selected while entering the cargo code into the system. That's why my star seller badge doesn't catch the March shipping rate. For this, I want help from a solution center where I can share documents. I want my march shipping star seller badge because i have earned it. Please help me!
