Will not print order receipts or packing slips from desktop

We are unable to print orders from our desktop Etsy. Anyone else having issues?

We can't fill orders if the paperwork can't be printed. Haven't tried printing mailing labels yet.

Thank you NanaLetha. That is not the issue. We tried that before posting here. Also cleared the print jobs from the cache.

Have you tried all of the suggested fixes like clearing cache/cookies, trying another browser, rebooting system and or modem etc?

@GardensongFabrics: In what way are you "unable to print orders"? Button disabled, print dialog does not come up, etc? Which browser and operating system?

@GardensongFabrics Did it come back? I am now having the same issue. It has just suddenly started - I'm going through a batch of orders and suddenly I'm getting the "Uh-oh, we can't find that page" Etsy message when I ask for the packing slip!

Same, came here to see if anyone else was having the same problem. Not sure how we're supposed to get our orders shipped on time if we can't print.

Same, so I just printed from the app on my iphone. It worked that way.

Same thing just happened to me.  Kept trying and finally was able to print.
